Opt‑in workflow (for reviewers)
  1. User navigates to upload.broadimage.com and enters their account email/phone.
  2. User clicks Send code, explicitly consenting to receive a one‑time SMS to verify identity.
  3. Broadimage sends a single OTP via AWS End User Messaging SMS. No recurring messages.
  4. User enters the code to complete sign‑in. Reply STOP/HELP is respected by the carrier.
